Ciao, I am Alessandra, I am originally from Napoli,
Italy, now living in Newcastle, Australia with my beloved little family:
Christian and Marley.
Osteria Papazzo is born from my love for cooking and my desire to share it with people.
As a self taught Chef I offer authentic traditional nurturing and nourishing Italian dishes, crafting unforgettable flavoursome experiences in a very sustainable way.

We recently teamed up with Alessandra to launch a collaborative tableware hire range. Alessandra was a highlight to the launch! She custom designed a menu to not only aesthetically match our tableware, but added a wow factor and filled our stomachs with joy! Alessandras passion, sustainable ethos and approachable manner is sure to impress. Highly recommend

Barry and I had a lovely evening. We loved every element of the experience; delicious and plentiful food, beautiful wine, charming wait staff and stylish ambiance. We both appreciated all the love, time and effort you put into the evening. This sort of pop up restaurant is just what our area was needing.
We will be in Europe for the next two months but hope to join you again when we return.
